Mr. Irvani co-founded GeoFields in August 1996. His responsibilities include strategic planning and overall financial and operational management for the company. Mr. Irvani holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Schaaf co-founded GeoFields in August 1996. His current responsibilities include growth of international accounts and strategic business partners. Mr. Schaaf brings more than 18 years of experience in the GIS and data management industry. Prior to joining GeoFields, he spent 8 years as the GIS Manager for Dames and Moore (now URS Corporation), where he was responsible for the growth and management of the corporate, multidisciplinary GIS program. Mr. Schaaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
Mr. Chambless joined GeoFields as executive vice president in January 2001. His primary responsibilities include business development and strategic marketing. He brings more than 25 years of oil and gas industry experience with emphasis in data acquisition, processing and management. Mr. Chambless held positions in engineering, sales, business development and sales and marketing management with Western Atlas, Inc. (now Baker Hughes). Most recently, Mr. Chambless was vice president and general manager USA for QC Data, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's operations in the U.S. and Russia. Mr. Chambless received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mr. Childs joined GeoFields as vice president, software engineering in early 2006. He is the lead technical architect for all GeoFields products. His experience with Product Architecture and Product Engineering draws from over 10 years of experience in software development. Mr. Childs holds a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering with an emphasis in Electrical Systems and Electronics from the University of Georgia.
