Facility Explorer™-Data Maintenance offers editing of pipeline location, pipe components, geographical features and analyses in a map-based environment. Powerful editing and approval workflows are combined with user roles that determine the tasks different users can perform. Built in quality assurance tools ensure data quality is maintained.

Data Integration

RiskFrame® Data Loader and Data Alignment loads and aligns data to the pipeline database, bringing in a wide variety of formats and reference systems. When aligned and referenced, records from inline inspection runs, surface surveys, and from legacy data sources and spreadsheets are integrated into the common framework. Operators can analyze the integrated data, identifying and locating areas for further attention.

Forms and Field Data Collection

DataFrame™ Forms provides field and office users the ability to enter complex forms data such as inspection reports, patrol reports and incident reports. Forms pass through an approval process and are then published to the pipeline database. Data can be extracted to ensure that the pipeline database remains current.

Data Capture and Conversion

GeoFields has experience working with a wide variety of formats and will assist you in converting legacy electronic data, paper reports and maps and field survey data into a shared, updated and published common pipeline database.

Application & Data Hosting

GeoFields offers complete application and database hosting in our secure data center for those clients who do not wish to maintain servers in-house.
