RF-HCA icon

Perform class location, HCA, and MCA analysis in an advanced environment where results are analyzed to the most granular level, published and shared using highly configurable analysis settings.

Audit-proven, RiskFrame™ HCA offers an integrated data management and analysis environment for class location and High Consequence Area (HCA) analysis and Moderate Consequence Area (MCA) analysis. Analyses are performed through settings that control the type of analysis and the options for calculations. The project-driven analysis allows the same settings be applied to multiple pipelines. Results are displayed in both a summary format in the map with pre-defined and configurable symbology, and detailed drill-down tables that also can be viewed in the map. Compare individual analysis with official results and What-If type analysis and publish changes as required.

APR icon ESRI APR Support (UPDM, PODS 7)

DataFrame ASG supports ESRI APR data models, including UPDM, PODS 7, or custom APR implementations.

RF-HCA icon Audit Proven

RiskFrame HCA provides a complete HCA, MCA and class location analysis environment dedicated to directly supporting integrity management programs. These analyses and results have been used and proven in regulatory audits.

RF-HCA icon Project-Based Analysis and Archiving

The The project concept in RiskFrame HCA manages how the analysis proceeds, offering options to select a default or saved analysis setting or ad-hoc analysis setting, and a scope of pipelines to run the analysis on. Projects are stamped with the date and user who created it, as well as a description, allowing the project to be managed along the workflow from processing, to viewing results and publishing and providing a status indicator at each step. Projects can be re-ran (overwritten) and viewed by other users both in RiskFrame HCA and Facility Explorer.

RF-HCA icon Change Comparison

Compare any analysis to another analysis or to your company's proposed or official HCAs, MCAs and class locations. Differences are listed and highlighted in the map allowing users to locate and identify segments quickly. Differences can be exported as a separate layer to use for further analysis.

RF-HCA icon Server-Oriented Processing and Storage

Processing is performed on the server so that resources are free on the desktop to continue working when analyses are being ran. All results are stored in the enterprise database in its on RF-HCA schema for resource and security benefits. This allows projects to be shared across the company even through other GeoFields applications including Facility Explorer.

RF-HCA icon Extensive Structure Data Management

An Area and Point structures dataset support both class location, MCA and HCA analysis reducing the overhead of managing multiple datasets. The defined structures for each analysis are recorded so that they are tracked and can be analyzed with each pipeline and each particular project. This way changes to structure datasets can be recorded and archived with each project and analysis.

RF-HCA icon Configurable Algorithms

Our large client-base over an extensive period of time has uncovered a wide range of approaches to HCA, MCA, and class location analysis. RiskFrame HCA gives you the ability to configure the algorithms with the way your organization has always defined classes and HCAs, and evolve those methods using new options. Configurable settings include increasing defined buffers due to pipeline location uncertainty, merging of HCA, MCA and Class Location segments, gap and default pressure and/or diameters, defining prevalence for buildings with four or more stories, select vapor material to automatically update PIR calculation plus many more.

RF-HCA icon Finest-Level Analysis and Mulit-Level Reporting

Analysis takes place on the finest level of detail, recording the impact of every structure on the results. Results are output to a series of advanced spatial layers and tables. Dynamically drill down final dissolved results down to the most granular contributing factor both in a table and interactively in the map with pre-defined and configurable symbology. View the raw sliding mile for class location, all high occupancy locations and cluster buffers and ranges, as well as HCAs from Identified Sites, sliding potential impact circles, and individual dwellings and stopping points. All results can be exported to excel for further analysis and reporting.
